David Turesson (DT) has a background in industrial management and is currently undertaking joint PhD studies at Ilisimatusarfik and the University of the Faroe Islands. His research centers on entrepreneurship in subnational island jurisdictions and especially the interactions between entrepreneurs and their island context. DTs research interests and areas of knowledge include island studies, rural entrepreneurship studies, entrepreneurship policy, and contextual approaches of studying entrepreneurship.
