Greenland described in Trap from 1860-2023

Come and hear about Greenland described through time, from 1860 to 2023, by editor-in-chief and professor Niels Elers Koch.

In the first edition of Trap Danmark in 1860, Greenland filled only two pages, while there were no descriptions of Greenland at all in the subsequent editions - the 2nd to 4th editions.

In 2022, the latest and most comprehensive description of Greenland was published, called Trap Grønland, which spans 416 pages and is the result of the collaboration of 87 mainly Greenlandic researchers and experts.

This new edition is now also available in Greenlandic, and during 2023 it will also be available in English and in digital form.

During the presentation, an overview of the extensive work and the content of these descriptions will be given.
