This is what the conference "Community is the future - Arctic leadership for more people in work and in life" focus on.
Focus of the conference
How inclusive leadership can create both quality of life and future workforce in the Arctic.
The conference combines short presentations, dialogues and workshops, and is based on the new Arctic Leadership methodology developed from interviews with Greenlandic and Sami leaders.
