It is crucial that our programs and teaching maintain a high international quality.

The students at Ilisimatusarfik must experience a good start, teaching of high pedagogical and research quality, a good study environment - and that the programs prepare them for working life after graduation.

Our work with quality assurance at Ilisimatusarfik is based on and inspired by international tools designed to continuously develop the quality of education in higher education.

In the fall of 2024, we are working on a wide range of initiatives that will contribute to the continuous development of educational quality - for example:

Our student counselor takes a postgraduate course in student retention.
An intake analysis will be published based on the students who started this fall semester 2024.
A working group has been established with the primary purpose of working with internal quality assurance processes and policies.
