Language & education in Nuuk

About

The project focuses on the link between language and social mobility - understood as opportunities for education.

The study will follow Greenlandic youth at the beginning of their first two years at GUX in Nuuk in order to provide a complex description of:

• their linguistic everyday life,
• the community of practice they are part of at GUX in Nuuk,
• the conditions for their (potential) social mobility.
