Book launch invitation

The research centers ICAV and CARE at Ilisimatusarfik are pleased to invite you to a double book launch on the occasion of the publications of Grønlands socialpolitik - dannelsen af et arktisk velfærdssamfund (Greenland's social policy - the formation of an Arctic welfare society) by Steven Arnfjord in addition to Barndomshjem eller børnehjem - grønlandske børn anbragt uden for hjemmet (Childhood home or children's home: Greenlandic children placed outside the home) by Bonnie Jensen.

Programme

After a brief welcome, there will be two short presentations of the publications, each followed by a Q&A session. This will give you the opportunity to ask the authors questions directly and hear more about their work.

There will be snacks, a glass of wine, and the opportunity for pleasant conversation in an informal setting.

We look forward to celebrating the two publications with you and hope to see many of you for an inspiring afternoon at Ilisimatusarfik discussing the ideas behind the publications.
