Anthon Sand Jørgensen is an associate professor, PhD, and researches children and young people's network placements as well as disability and psychiatry in the social field. Anthon has a special focus on marginalization, vulnerability, inclusion and exclusion processes and social work.

Anthon is a lecturer at the pedagogical education in Viborg and heads the Experimentarium, Research Centre for Management, Organization and Society, Via University College. Anthon is also a member of the coordination group for the Danish national UC-Network on Vulnerable Adults and a board member of the Nordic Network on Disability Research.
