EduCry

The aim of the research project Education about the Cryosphere - EduCry is for pupils, teachers and researchers in Greenland and Finnmark (Northern Norway) to collaborate on developing teaching materials about the cryosphere - that is, the part of the Earth that is frozen in ice, snow and permafrost.

The aim of the research project is to generate new knowledge about natural science/geoscience teaching, pupils’ experiences of the cryosphere and climate change in the Arctic – including the perspectives of indigenous peoples - which can be used in the development of teaching materials in Greenland and Finnmark.
